How we handle your information

This site doesn't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or visitor analytics, and the savings estimator runs entirely in your browser: nothing you type into it is sent anywhere.

What you send us

If you use the form, email us or send documents, we use them only to look at and handle your property tax case. We don't sell or share your information, except with the local tax office and its appeal board as your case needs, and with the services we use to run the business (email, the contact form service and secure file storage).

Documents

We never ask for documents through this website. When a case needs paperwork, we send a secure upload link. Please black out account numbers and tenants' personal details before sending anything.

How long we keep it

We keep case files until the case is final and the paperwork period ends, then delete them.

To see, correct or delete what we hold, or to stop hearing from us, email philip@pricepaidtax.com.
